Dru Horsley Powers

Dru's love of dance began at the age of 3. Some of her biggest accomplishments are attending Pacific Northwest Ballet Schools summer program in Seattle at the age of 14, winning the overall "Sweetheart" award at the I Love Dance competition and performing in New York with the other winners from each state, and performing in the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics and working with world renowned choreographers Bonnie Story and Kenny Ortega. Dru attended college at the University of Utah and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is now married and the mother of 3 amazing kiddos.  Dru teaches at many studios but has found her time at Silhouette to be her most enjoyable. She loves these girls and feels so lucky to be apart of these exciting years of their lives.
