Laura Brick

Laura is originally from Tampa, FL. She currently resides in SLC, Utah and dances for Odyssey Dance Theatre. She will begin her third season with the company in the fall. This will be her second year working with Silhouette. Previous to this, she graduated from the U of U with a B.F.A in Modern dance and a minor psychology. She had the opportunity to perform in works created by Andrea Miller, Merce Cunningham, Twyla Tharp and Marc Bogaerts. She has attended numerous programs such as SALT Dance Fest, Northwest dance Projects’s LAUNCH, Hubbard Street, Alonzo King’s LINES and Ballet West. Laura was invited to perform in Eric Handman’s “Disappearing Days” at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. You can enjoy watching her performing with Odyssey this year. Laura is always excited for any opportunity to perform, teach, and choreograph and share her talents with her students. Laura is looking forward to working with our intensive program as our company director. We are thrilled that Laura will continue to be apart of the SDS family.
